I had to dig up my daffodil bulbs in my woodland garden. My arm is very sore from all the digging. The flowers were no longer blooming well, so they needed to be divided and replanted. Also had to redo the perennials on the other side of the circle bed. I am going to just keep the bulbs on the front half, so I know where to dig.
The small bulbs in the pail are leftovers that I’ll plant in town. They are very small, but I’ll feed generously with bone meal and some granular fertilizer, so maybe they will bloom in the spring.
